The Easter Bunny sets up an Easter egg hunt for the children at RCFS.
EYFS children created some wonderful pots and planted bulbs, with little tags asking to be looked after. The faith, school and eco councils took them around the local community, dropping them off on the doorsteps of our neighbours.
Last Friday, 12th December, Father Christmas came to visit all the children at RCFS. As they have been so amazing this year, each child got a present to open on Christmas morning.
Year 1 and 2 have been studying Clarice Cliff this half-term and have created amazing pottery.
PGL instructors are very impressed with Year 6 knot tying skills, especially their clove hitch!
Year 6 have gone for a week of fun activities to PGL in Windmill Hill. They are having a fantastic time and enjoying every minute. For more photos of their adventures, have a look at the website gallery.
Roehampton Church Forest School celebrated all things Easter today! Parents joined the children for the Easter Raffle and Bonnet Parade. Later in the day, the children all went on an Easter egg hunt in our forest. The children had a fantastic time and the Easter bunny sat and watched from his hideout.
Huge congratulations to our hockey team who won the Spencer Link Hockey Tournament and brought back the trophy!
Such sad news that the wonderful chickens that had been bringing so much fun to the community went to heaven on 22nd March 2025. Miss Anderson came in, as usual, on Saturday to find that Fantastic Mr Fox and his family had paid a visit to the school overnight. Although we miss them, we are happy to announce that the school will be getting some new ones after Easter.
Huge congratulations to Year 5&6 who performed so beautifully at The Royal Albert Hall on 28th March 2023! A once in a lifetime experience for all the children and staff. Huge thanks go to Wandsworth Music who organised yet another amazing event for our children to participate in. Also thanks to Miss Klotz, Miss Dairo and Mrs Douse for taking the children. Miss Anderson, Mrs Azurdia, Mrs Jennings and parents who attended are so very proud of you all.
