Welcome to Roehampton Church of England Primary School, and thank you for visiting our website. On behalf of all children, staff, parents and governors, old and new, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to our small and delightful school. 

Roehampton Church School, or RCS as it is lovingly known, is a small, one form entry school, consisting of children from 3 to 11 year olds, situated in the heart of Roehampton, next to Putney Heath, serving the community since 1858. 

At RCS, we have developed a wonderful community for our children, which consists of dedicated and warm staff who strive to support each and every child; valuing their individual strengths and helping them to develop and flourish in their own time, so that they are able to reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives.  

Our Christian ethos is embedded within all aspects of our school life and all children who attend our school, reflect on their learning, behaviour and how they can develop into global citizens. Our main values of Responsible, Caring and Secure are taught to the children from Nursery to Year 6. We endeavour to ensure that all children, staff, parents and governors care for each other and treat everyone with respect; supporting those who are less fortunate than ourselves. We make sure that our children feel secure in all that they do, so that they are able to take risks and can grow in all areas of their life including taking responsibility for their own learning. Embedding these core values within our children means that they can feel confident enough to develop and support, not only themselves, but also the local, wider and global community.
